While you can resume regular activities like working out and the use of makeup after the treatment, it's recommended to avoid sweating profusely, and limit makeup use on the same day to optimize results. For a comprehensive and sustained impact, this treatment is ideally performed once a month for 4 consecutive months, allowing the skin cells ample time for renewal.
